My grandma just posted this photo of herself on Facebook, along with this: For all of you who think I’m alittle off ! Lol! Let me tell you why I’m posting this on my FB and after I got onto someone I love very much for putting personal stuff on here! Well a wonderful woman a have known for many many years was recently diagnosed with the BIG C! She has lost her long beautiful hair so for her not to feel alone in the NO HAIR Part I decided to do mine so she would know I love her and she is in my prayers! Both her and her family for strength! All day today I have been thinking of all the people in my life who have endured this dreaded disease! My dad, passed 1973 of course didn’t have the knowledge back then. There is my wonderful son in laws mother Janine who passed in 2009 and her husband Jimmy who is battling it now. There is grandpa (Rip) who passed in 1982 and grandma (Helen) who passed in 1999. Then there is a dear friend of mine (Kim) who just lost her dad too! Then there are the survivors, Charlene Meador, Kathy Stevens and a long time friend of my family Shawna McClennahan! Something seems so wrong look at all the ones who didn’t to the ones who have survived! And this is people in my life! So I have thought long and hard on this today I m going to keep my head shaved not only for Terri but until they find a cure for this dreaded disease! So if you all think I’m crazy, I’m not just want to show I’m in SUPPORT OF ALL CANCERS AND FINDING A CURE FOR ALL OF THEM! No more people should have to succumb to this! God Bless all of you! I love her a lot.
